Concept design
The client's wish was to carry out the conceptual design of a new tourist destination Jenin, which would be the stepping stone for the further development of the project or could bring in potential partners. Considering financial and other significant factors, the project is designed to have more developmental stages
(individual building sets).

Concept design
When designing a new building / destination, we have decided to build upon an old wisdom and behaviours, that are founded on a holistic model of 4 natural elements. Nature is composed of four elements: earth, water, fire and air. These four basic elements construct all the living and breathing natural world. The 5th element or the element of ether (spirit).
Therefore we have designed five main program blocks, representing 5 natural elements, applied sensibly to the area of a new tourist destination:

1. Water program (ELEMENT OF WATER),
2. Hostel (ELEMENT EARTH),
3. Glamping (ELEMENT OF FIRE),
4. Health holistic center (ELEMENT AIR),
5. Experiential park (ELEMENT ETHER)
