Basis
The investor wants to establish a new tourist destination at Lake Blaguš. Destination will be encompassed by a public swimming pool and tourist accommodations in the form of separate dwelling units and a country club.

Concept design
The restaurant is placed on the site of the current viewing platform located along the stream. The facility is located at the level of the lake and is dug in the ground, making it delicately integrated in the surroundings.
The bridge at the mouth of the stream is designed as part of the hexagonal platforms system. It consists of multiple small platforms, which overlap and interlock one bank to another.
The beach is located on the shore of the dam. It consists of small wooden hexagon-shaped platforms that are spatially lined by a virtual network. At the restaurant and the mouth of the stream the platforms condense, while they thin toward the north side of the dam. On the outer side of the dam there are two smaller facilities with toilets, changing rooms and showers.
The reception is located on the north side of the road that leads from the parking lot to the lake and on to the country club. In front of the reception desk there’s a wooden platform with a view.
Residential units are located in the northern side of the lake in two areas. The first cluster is consisted of Lushna villas. In the second there are Lushna villas with a wooden terrace. These accommodation units are raised from the ground, lying on metal pillars. Each unit has a hot tub and an entrance hall with a view. In the second area there are also suites, designed in the form of a floating triangle which has a glass front tip and is directed towards the water. Both housing units areas also have sanitation facilities.
Country club is a facility, which lies just below the summit of a hill, in a clearing on the north side of the lake. The upper level is a multi-purpose hall (for example weddings) with a larger viewing platform. On the lower floor there’s the country club and two suites. The front part of the building hovers above the slope with its panoramic terrace.
