Residential units must ensure privacy, peace and retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. Stay program, service and ambience must provide a high level of experiencing space. Installation of residential units should be adjusted to the microlocation.

Concept design
It is imperative, that the landscaping is closely related to the architecture. It must also enable the privacy of the residential units and interconnection. The design is influenced by two spatial purposes. One is an open space of the clearing and the other is providing privacy of the housing units.
The leaves on the ground pictures the patterns that define open spaces, privacy and its connectedness. The empty spaces between the leaves depict the boundary between full and empty spaces and define the boundaries of the clearing. The entanglements of the edges of the leaves, however, outline the network of paths, creating bays and connect the housing units between each other.
