Basis
The contractor wants to build a residence, which would serve both for private and business use, and would thus present a retreat to the nature, a place to socialize and create the future. The residence is integrated into the natural landscape of vineyards. The landscape is integrated with the traditional culture, which is connected as a whole with a thematic route.

Landscape design
The design is influenced by two purposes of the space. The first is a business - private purpose of the facility and the second is the growing -themed purpose of the landscape.
The cornerstone of the landscape design therefore offers itself. Rails, which in astronomy are created by satellites, are drawing the theme tracks. The satellites become structures. The intersection of these tracks represents the midpoint – a contact, which intersect business, private, thematic and production processes.

Architetcural design
"The orbits of satellites" or the thematic routes are situated on the plot and unclasp the facility in its intersection. This divides the facility into three smaller facilities - satellites, each with its own function (residence, summer kitchen, porch)
As a building block of the “satellites” design a leaf is used, which is a ubiquitous element of the park Kozjansko. On the physical level of sensing a leaf’s structure outlines the concept of the construction. Traditional element of a gable is upgraded with a new format that softly opens views to the outside and surrounds the ripple landscape.
