CONTEXT
On the opposite side of the existing Tajfun industrial complex, where the Spiral of development 01 building already stands, the need arose for additional production space and improved technological processes.
The main idea was to create a dialogue between the two buildings, forming a connected spatial edge of the complex that integrates with the landscape.

DESIGN
The concept follows the design language of Spiral of development 01 – crystalline, fragmented forms that define identity while reducing scale.
The building is embedded into sloping terrain, enabling a two-level production system that increases efficiency and doubles usable space with a minimal footprint.
Its geometry supports logistical flows with access from both sides. The façade and roof form a continuous green envelope, with glass light strips allowing deep natural light and improving working conditions.
Together, Spiral of development 02 and 01 create a recognizable identity, where industry becomes a reflection of company values and its relationship to the environment.
