Basis
Building 04 is one of three newly designed buildings within the Tajfun VIZIJA industrial complex. It is located at the boundary of the existing factory section and is designed as part of the company’s broader strategic development plan. The main starting point for the project was the need for additional storage and production capacities while respecting the limitations of the plot and the existing terrain. A key factor in the design was the client’s desire for an architecturally distinctive building that would enhance the company’s identity and align with its long-term vision.

Concept design
The design of the building follows the logic of the terrain and the functional paths within the industrial complex. The building stretches to the far limits of the plot and is partially embedded into the existing terrain, which allows access to both the ground floor and the upper floor. The two-story design allows for up to 50% greater space utilization, and the high-rack warehouse services both levels.
The roof of the building mimics the terrain's contours, and its tectonic structure allows natural light to penetrate into the interior. The building is shaped by external logistical paths. The turning circle for trucks creates the characteristic rounded shape of the building.
The building is designed as more than just functional infrastructure – it is an integral part of the company’s new architectural identity. It connects with the other buildings in the complex and, together with them, creates an artificial landscape that follows and enhances the natural logic of the space.
