Basis
The starting point for the development of a new tourist destination is water: Kolpa river with its torrents and dead sleeves, the lake and the mineral water Costela. The aim of the project is to develop a theme tourist park that offers an insight into a unique experience of water as the primary natural element.

Concept design
The basic design principle is derived from water flow. Water trajectories run parallel to the Kolpa and thicken and thin in places. With this principle, we create an open public space (thinning) and a private space for accommodation (thickening).
The organization of the accommodation program follows the principle that the more noisy and public program is situated on the road. Less noisy and private program tends to the Kolpa.
The design of the buildings follows the sustainable principle of construction (design and materials) and local characteristics. Both basic Country club and bar facilities are leaf-shaped.
