BASIS
The outset of our ideas concerning spatial planning derives from a wholesome graphic image, the logistics of the store, the path of the customer and the basis that a certain space narrates itself. It should stimulate all senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch.
The company with its long tradition of manufacturing and selling footwear created a strong trademark, quality products and their own way of approaching a buyer. With this design we wanted to emphasize their individual approach to customers and the orientation towards development and innovation. The logistics of the space is based on sectioning the floor plan to sales area and storage room which makes communicating with the customers easier and provides an individual contact with the client. It is also important, that the program is divided to fashion and sport section, and that the position of the sales desk offers a view of the entire store.
DESIGN
The Adventure Park connects the physical and the sensual level and stimulates all the senses: - The physical comprehension is achieved by breaking the floor and the ceiling
- A variety of vending stands creates different images of the space
- The materials used on the floors and the ceiling provide an aroma of nature in the store - The materials of the vending stands satisfy the sense of touch - The ambiental music played in the stores indulges the ear
Alpina store becomes an adventure park, a meeting place, an 'eye-catcher' that stimulates, excites and fills with enthusiasm.
